This is from Werner Herzog's tragicomedy Stroszek We watched this in a film class.

This has got to be the weirdest thing I've seen. I'm assuming these animals have something to do with some of the characters in the movie?

I'm tempted to watch the actual movie.

This music is questionable but funny haha

No, not really. Since I don't recommend watching the movie (there's like eight minutes of entertainment in one hundred) I'm just going to give SPOILERS: These animals dance like this because the main character, on his way to committing suicide, is just causing random stuff to happen and stuck a bunch of quarters in the machines this animals perform inside.

Much as I love most Werner Herzog movies, this one was really half-baked.
