Hey guys, sorry that Aura is slightly sluggish atm. We're working ironing a few problems out with the team, it's a little messy. I thought I would start posting a weekly update, every Saturday to let everyone know(member and visitor alike) whats going on and what we plan on working on.
So without further ado; we're working on releasing our Tidal website, and it's launch comic series Miamaska. Which should be ready really soon if all goes according to plan. The Must Be Dreaming collab should be ready to go shortly as well, we've had alot of people drop out of this collab, and honestly, we're just trying to get it out of the way. That by no means that we intend to do a poor rushed job on it, ACML has been a yearly tradition for AuraCore for 4 years, and it's going to go out with a bang.
The next projects we're going to be focusing on is Dead Fog, and Pristine City.

I'd like to clarify what has been happening member wise with us. We've had 3 new members join, as well as a few old members coming back into the light.
First of all, the new members include;
AJ - This guy is fresh from trying to start up his own group, Parabola. So he's had a bit of experiance running a group before, so I've made him the Co-Director of AuraCore, as well as many projects that require additional administrative support. He has many connections with coders and programmers, so we'll be using that to our full advantage.
Caruu - You can find his introduction in the chat forum, he's a professional sound designer with many years of experiance. This includes independant films, silver screen movies, and the occasional video game. He's a very valuable asset to our team. You can find his portfolio at

James C Palmer -
JamesCPalmer is yet another professional to join up with us this year. He has a very impressive portfolio, as well as a few other really well made musical pieces on his website.
LastOpus - This guy is in college for music, (cool school). He joined after seeing moment of bliss on Newgrounds. He had an impressive montage of music to display for his application for AuraCore, has extensive knowledge of classical and trance genres. His current active project for AuraCore is ambience for our animated short series; Dead Fog.
I hope all the members we've had recently stay interested in our group and we can all work to get to know them and build inspiration together. This is going to be a tough and busy year for 2010, and I hope we can all hang in there and see it through.
Anyway, thats the update for the week, and I hope this answers a few questions. Check back every Saturday for an update.
